Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Hello Baby Imaging, LLC allows cancellations up to 48 hours BEFORE the appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time must contact us and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This ensures that everyone has an opportunity to see their sweet babies. However, we understand emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact us. RESCHEDULING: Hello Baby Imaging, LLC allows you to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours BEFORE the appointment time. You must contact us to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time and will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee. This ensures that everyone has an opportunity to see their sweet babies. However, we understand emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact us.
