1. Services Provided

Hello Baby Imaging, LLC offers elective prenatal ultrasound imaging for bonding and keepsake purposes. Our services are non-diagnostic and do not replace medical advice, medical imaging, or prenatal care provided by a licensed healthcare provider.

We do not evaluate:

Fetal growth
Fetal abnormalities
Placenta health
Amniotic fluid
Any medical condition

Any concerns should be directed to your OB/GYN or healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian present.
You are receiving proper prenatal care from a licensed provider.
You understand that elective ultrasound is optional and for entertainment/reassurance purposes only.

3. Scheduling, Payments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online or by phone.
Payment is due at the time of service unless stated otherwise.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
Cancellations require reasonable notice. Excessive no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

4. No Medical Advice

Images, videos, or information obtained during your session:

Are for personal enjoyment only
Should not be used for medical interpretation or diagnosis
Do not guarantee fetal health, gender accuracy, or image clarity

If we observe something unexpected we may advise you to contact your healthcare provider, but we do not diagnose conditions of any kind.

5. Image & Video Quality

Ultrasound image clarity depends on factors such as:

Baby’s position
Gestational age
Body tissue makeup
Amniotic fluid levels

We cannot guarantee specific results, poses, or image/video quality.

6. Gender Determination

If you choose a gender reveal service:

We provide our best assessment, but no method is 100% accurate.
Gender determinations are not guaranteed and should not be considered medical confirmation.

7. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves in a disrespectful, threatening, or unsafe manner.

8. Photography & Media Policies

You may take personal photos or videos unless otherwise restricted during the exam.
All images, videos, and materials we provide are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless you receive written permission from us.

9. Website Use

By accessing our Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or data
Distribute harmful software or engage in scraping, data mining, or automated access

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site if misuse is detected.

10. Intellectual Property
